what you need-MY VERSION.
nappa cabbage(Philippine version is pechay Baguio)
cayenne pepper/chili powder
salt,pepper,sugar, minced garlic and ginger
carrots sliced in very thin strips
regular cabbage sliced in very thin strips as well(this is optional.i didn’t have chives or spring onions so i had to put reg. cabbage)
white flour(dissolved in water)
